Volunteer Resource Center (VRC) - Housing Project: Represent low-income tenants in eviction actions filed in Franklin County (Litigation)
TENANT ADVOCACY CLINIC (Litigation)
VRC - Consumer Project: Represent consumers in actions filed by debt buyers suing for credit card debt in Franklin County (Litigation)
VRC - Unemployment Compensation Appeal Project: Represent clients who are denied UC or face an appeal by a former employee (Administrative Hearings)
VRC - ICAN Project - Represent tenants in Franklin County Escrow actions (Litigation)
Chapter 7 Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project: File simple Chapter 7 bankruptcies for debtors with no real estate or non-exempt assets
Low-Income Taxpayer Project: Assist taxpayers who are denied their much needed income tax refund or threatened with collection action by the IRS
PACO Wills Clinics: Assist low-income seniors on-site at residential facilities with executing wills, living wills, and powers of attorney
Brief advice and Referral Clinics: Provide brief information and advice to individuals at community clinics
Seniors Project - Conduct home visits and assist seniors with drafting and executing wills and powers of attorney
Provide pro bono mentoring to other attorneys
In-House Volunteering at LASC or SEOLS (during work week)
Assist small nonprofits with corporate organization or liability inquiries
