Shift Happens: Surviving the Law Profession - January 11

What is true wellness? Based upon overwhelming research regarding increased alcohol/drug use, stress/anxiety/depression, and feelings of isolation plaguing attorneys, Melissa Byers will provide real world strategies to not only achieve personal wellness but also initiate a cultural shift that supports wellness within bar associations. This is not your typical “wellness” webinar. You owe it to yourself (and your bar) to create a shift!

Join us this Thursday, January 11 for this NCBP 21st Century Lawyer program at 12 p.m. Central. This is free but registration is required.
