Dear Colleague,
Every construction lawyer has seen it: a good project plan loses momentum, a deadline slips, and the cost of waiting becomes real. Do not let your Fall Conference registration follow the same path.
Early bird pricing ends August 24. If the Construction Claims Summit is on your fall schedule, now is the time to lock in your rate, review scholarship options, and build your Boston plan before the registration clock starts working against you.
The conference opens with Big Dig, Big Delays: Anatomy of a Mega Delay Claim, a fitting reminder that delay can change the entire story of a project. This is one deadline you can control: register before regular pricing begins and arrive in Boston ready for the claims conversations, division lunches, receptions, and Forum connections that make the meeting valuable.
August 21: Diversity Scholarship applications are due.
August 24: Early bird pricing ends.
August 31: Financial Hardship Scholarship applications are due.
September 30: The hotel room block at The Westin Copley Place closes at 5:00 p.m. CST, or when the room block is exhausted.
October 21–23: The Forum gathers in Boston for the Construction Claims Summit.
If you are already planning to attend, this is also a good moment to invite someone else into the Forum experience. Forward the program to a colleague taking on more construction matters, an in-house lawyer managing project risk, a consultant whose work intersects with claims, a younger lawyer, or a Forum member who has not attended recently.

Reserve your hotel room after registration at The Westin Copley Place. The hotel deadline is September 30 at 5:00 p.m. CST, or when the room block is exhausted. Hotel reservation link will be in the conference confirmation email.
